- Please order using your measurements and the Natalia Romanova size guide, not your standard dress size — measurements should be taken in centimetres, and if you fall between two sizes please always size up
- Please provide your wedding date when placing your order (add this in the notes at checkout), so we can confirm your dress will be ready in time
- At checkout, please select your required shipping method
- Once your dress is ready, please allow an additional 1–2 weeks for processing and dispatch from us
- For international orders, any import duty and VAT due in your country is payable by you and is not included in the price shown
