Terms & Conditions of Bridal Dress Sale

These Terms and Conditions are the basis upon which we agree to supply our goods to you, from here on the ‘Agreement’.
By entering into this Agreement with Belle Lueur Bridal Ltd you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of sale. From here on ‘you/your’ refers to the customer and ‘us/we/our’ refers to Belle Lueur Bridal Ltd.

All goods ordered for purchase remain our property until paid for in full. On placing an order, the total value of the goods (inclusive of VAT) is required unless otherwise agreed.  If you choose to pay via a finance agreement wither via SHOP or Klarana then your agreement is held with them as the finance provider and NOT Belle Lueur Bridal Ltd. 

If we are unable to process your order for any reason, the full value will be refunded. Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only and the time of delivery is not of the essence. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods that is caused by an event beyond our control.

The costs of any alterations are not included in the price of the dress. We recommend using our in-house seamstress. Where this isn’t possible seamstress recommendations will be given. We suggest leaving at least 10-12 weeks for any alterations to be carried out. We highly recommend this is booked as soon as you purchase your dress. You will be
provided with a rough estimate of a delivery date, this is not definitive and may be ready earlier/later than stated. Your seamstress costs will be charged separately and is payable
directly to your seamstress. We cannot be held responsible for any alteration work carried out by a third party.

Goods purchased cannot be exchanged or refunded as they are made to order. Dresses are not made to measure unless otherwise stated. All dresses are ordered to the nearest size, based on the measurements provided - you are required to use the fit guide for each designer when the order is placed. We cannot be held responsible for any change in
your measurements or sizing. This includes gaining weight or losing weight after your measurements have been provided as this is completely out of our control. If you believe there is something we should be made aware of please state this when placing your order. We will not be accountable for any dramatic weight loss incurred by weight loss medication.

Orders for dresses which are not a standard length or measurement may be subject to a surcharge, the amount of which may not be known at the point of order. All sample dresses are sold as seen and must be paid for in full. Sample dresses cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.

All accessories must be paid for in full at the time of ordering. Accessories are non-refundable. Fabric/colour shades/trims/beading/embroidery may differ slightly from samples on display in store.

Where we provide guidance in the choice of design, size, colour and measurements we do so without any liability. We will aim to provide the highest quality goods possible. You must try on and inspect all goods at your collection appointment before leaving the store.  We will not be held responsible for any defects or damage to goods once the dress has left the store. Any wear and tear or depletion of goods due to use and wear are not our responsibility.

All goods must be collected within 3 weeks of notification if collecting in store. If goods are not collected within 3 weeks of notification, then a storage fee of £25 per week will
be charged.

No variation of this Agreement shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by both parties. If any provision or part-provision of the Agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of this Agreement. No one other than a party to this Agreement shall have any right to
enforce any of its terms. The Agreement and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of
England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation.

By Completing the purchase of any bridal dress from Belle Lueur Bridal Ltd you agreed to these terms and conditions.
