- Belcanto is made to order. Production time is 12 to 20 weeks from the time of placing your order, so please check with us if you're working to a tight timeline
- Made to order dresses are non refundable
- Please order using your measurements and the Natalia Romanova size guide, not your standard dress size. Measurements should be taken in centimetres, and if you fall between two sizes please always size up
- Please provide your wedding date when placing your order (add this in the notes at checkout), so we can confirm your dress will be ready in time
- At checkout, please select your required shipping method
- Once your dress is ready, please allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for processing and dispatch from us
- For international orders, any import duty and VAT due in your country is payable by you and is not included in the price shown
